TheFashionFind.com is an online community designed to allow its visitors to find information and share opinions about women’s designer apparel, accessories, shoes, jewelry and home purchases at great prices. In order to encourage an environment conducive to a positive exchange of ideas and opinions, a number of common sense guidelines have been created. The following behaviors are off limits:
1) Unjustified negative reviews. TheFashionFind.com is a site designed to help visitors find great designer fashion at great prices. We make purchasing recommendations; we do not engage in bashing. Please refrain from comparative claims.
2) Hate Speech. Hate speech on the basis of race, religion, age, physical handicap, political affiliation or any other class of people protected by federal law will not be tolerated.
3) Threats and Harassment. Threats, menacing behavior, and harassment of other TheFashionFind.com bloggers is off limits. We welcome lively discussions and disagreements, but please be civil.
4) Impersonation of others.
5) Plagiarism. Copying and pasting opinions from other sources is not permitted. Your blogs and photographs on TheFashionFind.com must be your own.
6) Profanity.
7) Off Topic Posts e.g. posting blogs that have nothing to do with women’s designer apparel, accessories, shoes, jewelry and home purchases. This includes blogs intended to be jokes.
8) Spam. This includes blogging with commercial pitches with no redeeming content.
9) Calls to action such as boycotting a brand, store or site.
10) Disparaging specific employees when blogging about shopping experiences.
11) Discussing past, pending, or possible lawsuits against companies.
12) False claims, defamatory statements, or other unlawful content.
13) Any behavior that is deceptive, obnoxious, or that threatens the spirit of community of TheFashionFind.com is not welcome, and could result in disciplinary action up to and including loss of posting privileges.
You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on TheFashionFind.com that we are merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and we are not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site.
